Emily Ratajkowski Has a Message for Everybody Who Does Not Like Her New Blonde Hair

Emily Ratajkowski is immediately recognizable by her freckles, pouty lips, and long, brown hair. But only like pretty much every other human being on Earth, the version, actor, and activist gets the impulse to change things up every now and then. (Remember if she briefly went pink?) When she disclosed last week that she had dyed her hair blond, the remarks on her Instagram articles were mostly celebratory. But some folks simply had to whine that they did not need to see her using another hair colour, as though it’s somehow around them.

“Forever I’ve said you can not go wrong with whatever that you do. However, this blonde hair is big NO,” one commenter wrote, while the other demanded, “return to brownish!!!” — and people are just a couple of the rude remarks.

Initially, Ratajkowski dismissed the unsolicited remarks, sharing a few more articles of her fresh flaxen look during the week. The Kerastase spokesperson also shared that of this brand’s products she is using to help keep the blond from becoming brassy. 

However, on Friday, July 3, Ratajkowski could not remain silent anymore. She chose to her Instagram Stories to place a succinct selfie video placing the naysayers in his or her location.

“Hey everybody. That is a message for all of the guys — and the girls — who have been commenting, ‘return to brunette,’ ‘You seem so much better as a brunette,'” Ratajkowski says while running her hands through her hair. “Stop telling girls what to do with their own hair. And their bodies.” 

It is so easy, is not it? Perhaps it will actually get into the men and women who wrongly feel they’re entitled to not just observe another individual searching how they need them to appear but demand them.
