Lindsay Lohan Look-Alike Functions Viral on TikTok Once Recreating ‘Parent Trap’ Looks

I do not understand what it’s all about star look-alikes that makes people so viscerally enthusiastic, but the net’s most recent discovery is surely no exception. Grace Kroells, an 18-year old from Minnesota, has just been producing TikTok videos because March. However, she is rapidly nearing 100,000 followers, as a result of her completely uncanny likeness to Lindsay Lohan.
Much like Lohan, Kroells has obviously brilliant ginger hair, pale skin with freckles, and large, almond-shaped blue eyes. When her TikTok followers began mistaking her for a younger Lohan, she place her likeness to the test from re-enacting many scenes out of The Parent Trap, complete with true outfits, hairstyles, and presents. The movie earned her over a million views per week. “I’ve gotten [the comparison] blatantly my entire lifetime, but it actually became evident with all the TikToks,” Kroells informs Allure. “It is awesome seeing just how much men and women like the recreations.”

As heaps of Gen Z and millennials kids did, Kroells grew up viewing Lohan’s films, so the contrast is completely welcome. “I could probably quote all of The Parent Trap; that was my favorite movie,” she recalls. A couple followers have requested she recreate looks from Freaky Friday and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen, but being a Lohan look-alike isn’t something Kroells wants to be exclusively known for (like some other celebrity look-alikes and cosplayers on the app). “I definitely love to make my own content, but it is very flattering and I love her movies,” Kroells explains. A totally fair choice, but she would look awesome in this iconic, inside-out picture tee.
